Strawberry recipes are so awesome to incorporate into your summer eats! It's summer ladies and it's time to summer up your recipes a little bit and incorporate one of best summer fruits in the world! I've got the top strawberry recipes that you've got to try this summer and that your guests will love! So ladies, you ready to start summer off right with the top strawberry recipes?
The first strawberry recipe that we're going to talk about is cheesecake! This is not just any cheesecake though, it's Irish strawberry and cream cheesecake! It's got strawberries in there, along with some Irish cream liqueur. So delicious! Give it a try ladies!
Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted $
3 tablespoons sugar
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups sour cream, divided
3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
Garnish: whole strawberries
Preparation:
Stir together first 3 ingredients; press mixture into bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch springform pan.
Bake crust at 325° for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons flour at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add vanilla and Irish cream liqueur, beating just until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating at low speed just until blended after each addition. Add 3/4 cup sour cream, beating just until blended.
Pour half of batter into prepared crust. Dollop strawberry preserves over batter; gently swirl batter with a knife to create a marbled effect. Top with remaining batter.
Bake at 300° for 55 minutes or until edges of cheesecake are set. (Center of cheesecake will not appear set.) Turn off oven; let cheesecake stand in oven 15 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven; gently run a knife around edge of cheesecake to loosen. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cover and chill 8 hours.
Release and remove sides of pan. Spread remaining 1/2 cup sour cream evenly over top of cheesecake; garnish, if desired.

The next strawberry recipe that we're going to talk about is a napoleon strawberry! This is actually pretty healthy and it tastes so amazing! Just a little sugar, some honey, some phyllo dough and some incredible fresh strawberries! Try this ladies, you won't regret it!
Ingredients:
2 (5.3-oz.) containers plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 (16-oz.) container fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
4 frozen phyllo sheets, thawed
Vegetable cooking spray
1 teaspoon sugar
Garnishes: mint sprigs, whole strawberries
Preparation:
Stir together yogurt and honey; cover and chill yogurt sauce until ready to serve.
Combine strawberries and 2 Tbsp. sugar; cover and chill until ready to serve.
Place 1 phyllo sheet on a flat work surface. Coat with cooking spray, and sprinkle evenly with 1/4 tsp. sugar. Top with 1 phyllo sheet; coat again with cooking spray, and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. sugar. Cut phyllo stack into thirds lengthwise; cut each in half, creating 6 even rectangular stacks. Repeat procedure with remaining phyllo sheets, cooking spray, and 1/2 tsp. sugar.
Grill phyllo stacks, without grill lid, over medium-low heat (300° to 350°) 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
Place 1 grilled phyllo stack on each of 6 serving plates; top evenly with half of strawberry slices. Drizzle evenly with half of yogurt sauce. Top each with 1 grilled phyllo stack. Top evenly with remaining strawberry slices and yogurt sauce. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.

Are you looking for a new way to make a delicious smoothie? Why not turn it into an ice cream pie? This strawberry recipe is absolutely one of my favorites and it's super easy to make! It's fresh, cool and cold – perfect for the summertime!
Ingredients:
1 (7-ounce) package waffle cones, broken into pieces
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 (1-quart) containers premium vanilla ice cream, divided
1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries (1 quart), stemmed
1/4 cup powdered sugar, divided
1 pint fresh blueberries
2 ripe bananas $
Garnishes: waffle cone pieces, fresh whole strawberries, fresh blueberries
Preparation:
Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until finely crushed. Firmly press mixture onto bottom of a lightly greased 10-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Let vanilla ice cream stand at room temperature 20 minutes or until slightly softened.
Process strawberries and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar in a food processor until pureed, stopping to scrape down sides; remove strawberry mixture, and set aside.
Process blueberries and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar in food processor until pureed, stopping to scrape down sides; set aside.
Mash bananas with a fork in a large bowl; stir in remaining 1 tablespoon powdered sugar. Set aside.
Place 1 quart of ice cream in a large bowl; cut into large (3-inch) pieces. Fold strawberry mixture into ice cream until blended. Place in freezer until slightly firm.
Divide remaining quart of ice cream in half, placing halves in separate bowls. Stir blueberry mixture into half and mashed banana mixture into remaining half. Place bowls in freezer.
Spread half of strawberry mixture evenly into prepared crust in springform pan. Place pan and remaining strawberry mixture in freezer. Freeze 30 minutes or until strawberry layer in pan is slightly firm. Spread banana mixture evenly over strawberry layer in pan; return pan to freezer, and freeze 30 minutes or until banana layer is slightly firm. Repeat procedure with blueberry mixture. Spread remaining strawberry mixture over blueberry layer in pan, and freeze 3 hours or until all layers are firm. Let pie stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. Garnish, if desired.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

Are you looking for a strawberry recipe that is a little naughty? This is it! This recipe is not only delicious but the tequila cream makes it so worth it! Give it a try ladies, it's great for parties!
Ingredients:
8 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup tequila or mezcal
1 cup heavy cream
8 cups assorted fresh berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Preparation:
Whisk together egg yolks and sugar in a 2-qt. heavy saucepan; whisk in tequila.
Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture thickens and coats back of a spoon. (Do not boil.)
Fill a large bowl with ice. Place saucepan in ice. Let custard stand, stirring occasionally, until chilled (about 30 minutes).
Beat 1 cup heavy cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream gently into chilled tequila mixture just until blended.
Arrange assorted berries in 8 serving dishes, and top evenly with tequila cream. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately.
*1/2 cup orange juice may be substituted.
Note: To make ahead, cover and chill whipped cream and tequila mixture up to 24 hours.
I actually love trifles, but until I saw this strawberry recipe, I didn't think I'd ever be able to make one! I thought that they were wicked hard. Ladies, it's so easy to make a trifle and this one is so good! The mixture of the oranges, the strawberries and the cookies? Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
1 qt. strawberries, halved
4 oranges, sectioned and halved
2 tablespoons orange liqueur or orange juice
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 (11.3-oz.) jar lemon curd
1 1/2 sleeves shortbread cookies, crushed
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Preparation:
Toss together first 4 ingredients, and let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat whipping cream and lemon curd at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Gradually increase mixer speed, beating until medium peaks form.
Layer one-third each of fruit mixture and curd mixture in a large bowl. Top with half of crushed cookies. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining one-third fruit mixture and curd mixture. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Garnish, if desired.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Keebler Sandies Simply Shortbread cookies.
Another naughty little treat that is so easy to make, but also so delicious is this spiked strawberry lime ice cream pie! It's got some crushed pretzels in it along with some tequila strawberry and lime filling. It's so good ladies, especially if you are looking to have a party out on your lawn!
Ingredients
4 cups pretzel twists
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 (1/2-gallon) container premium strawberry ice cream
1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries (1 quart), stemmed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, partially thawed
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange liqueur
Garnishes: lime rind curls, fresh whole strawberries, pretzels
Preparation:
Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until pretzels are finely crushed. Firmly press mixture onto bottom of a lightly greased 10-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
Let strawberry ice cream stand at room temperature 20 minutes or until slightly softened.
Process strawberries and powdered sugar in food processor until pureed, stopping to scrape down sides.
Place ice cream in a large bowl; cut into large (3-inch) pieces. Fold strawberry mixture, limeade concentrate, tequila, and orange liqueur into ice cream until well blended. Spoon mixture into prepared crust in springform pan. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Garnish, if desired.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Blue Bell Ice Cream and Triple Sec orange liqueur.
Strawberry-Lime Ice-Cream Pie: Omit tequila and orange liqueur, and add 1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, partially thawed. Proceed with recipe as directed. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Garnish, if desired.

Of course, no strawberry recipe list would be complete without the classic strawberry shortcake recipe! This recipe is actually one of my favorites and it tastes so good! It's got the biscuit, the strawberries and of course the cream. What's your favorite strawberry shortcake recipe? Share!
Ingredients:
2 (16-oz.) containers fresh strawberries, quartered
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup cold butter, cut up
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish: fresh mint sprigs
Preparation:
Combine strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, and, if desired, almond extract. Cover berry mixture, and let stand 2 hours.
Beat whipping cream at medium speed with an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add 2 Tbsp. sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Cover and chill up to 2 hours.
Combine flour, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl; cut butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender or two forks until crumbly.
Whisk together eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until blended; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by lightly greased 1/3 cupfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet. (Coat cup with vegetable cooking spray after each drop.)
Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
Split shortcakes in half horizontally. Spoon about 1/2 cup berry mixture onto each shortcake bottom; top each with a rounded Tbsp. chilled whipped cream, and cover with tops. Serve with remaining whipped cream. Garnish, if desired.
Strawberry Jam Shortcakes: Prepare recipe as directed. Before topping shortcake bottoms with strawberry mixture, stir together 1/4 cup strawberry jam and 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint. Spread cut sides of bottom shortcake halves evenly with jam mixture. Proceed with recipe as directed.
Finally ladies, if you are looking for a breakfast strawberry recipe, this is it! The fresh strawberry syrup is so delicious and I have to say, it's so refreshing in the morning. Try it on a Sunday morning, I promise that you'll love it!
Ingredients:
4 large day-old croissants
3/4 cup milk $
2 large eggs $
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter $
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Sweetened Whipped Cream (optional)
Fresh Strawberry Syrup
Preparation:
Slice croissants in half lengthwise.
Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into a shallow dish. Dip croissant halves into egg mixture, coating well.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add four croissant halves, and cook about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat procedure with remaining butter and croissant halves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; top with Sweetened Whipped Cream, if desired, and Fresh Strawberry Syrup.
